SLEDDING
Winter brings many opportunities for fun activities for both children and adults! If you want to relive forgotten moments of childhood joy or simply relax in a slightly different way, sledding is the perfect choice for you. In addition to the sledding slope on the ski resort in Kranjska Gora, we also organize night sledding on groomed and illuminated sledding tracks. In Gozd Martuljek, you can find the first illuminated sledding track in Slovenia — a 2,500‑meter‑long run suitable even for families. You are transported to the top by snowmobiles or off‑road vehicles. If conditions allow, they also offer the possibility of night sledding.
Awaken the child within you and ride to the top of the hill in an off‑road vehicle! Push off… and under the glow of torches, glide down the groomed and illuminated sledding tracks!
SNOWSHOEING
Snowshoeing has become an extremely popular way to move through snowy landscapes. Participants receive special “big feet,” which, combined with bindings that keep the heel free, allow unrestricted movement. With the help of snowshoes, you will stay on the surface even in deep snow, enabling you to explore yet undiscovered corners of the winter landscape. To make the adventure even more special, we take you snowshoeing when it’s already dark outside. With a headlamp and snowshoes, you can admire the sunset and the full moon on the snow — both of which are at their most beautiful in the winter wilderness.
You will explore the wild natural surroundings in the area around Mojstrana, which is an ideal starting point for the valleys of Vrata, Radovna, and for the nearby natural attractions.
