General Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions – English Translation
Check‑in and Check‑out Time
Check‑in time is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check‑out time is between 8:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation was made through the website, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Non‑refundable rate: the reservation amount equal to 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after the reservation is made. No refunds are possible.
Apartma Čebela will charge your credit card only if the cancellation policy is not respected or if you made a reservation under the non‑refundable rate.
Smoking and Cleanliness
Smoking is not allowed indoors in Apartma Čebela. In case of smoking, a deep‑cleaning fee of 150 EUR will be charged.
We strive to provide clean accommodations for our guests. In case of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least 50 EUR, depending on the damage, along with the cost of replacing any damaged equipment with an identical item.
Parking
Parking of vehicles and bicycles on our parking areas and in the garage is at the owner’s own risk. We are not responsible for any possible damage. Parking is free for Apartma Čebela guests. A driveway parking space is available next to the apartment.
Pets
Pets are allowed in rooms and apartments. The charge is 10 EUR per pet per day.
Jacuzzi
The outdoor jacuzzi is open at all times and available to Apartma Čebela guests free of charge. Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk.
Prices
All prices include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and amounts to 2 EUR per adult per day, 1 EUR for children between 7 and 18 years, and is free for children under 7 years of age.
Self‑service breakfast is not included in the apartment rental price.
The final cleaning fee is not included and amounts to 50 EUR.
